01. Do I need to be home?
No. Most of our clients give us a key, a code, or a garage code. Whatever you choose is recorded and only the team assigned to your home has it.
02. Is it the same cleaners every time?
Yes, that is the point of the routine. One team is assigned to your home and you meet them before the first clean. If someone is out, we tell you before the visit rather than sending a stranger unannounced.
03. Are the products safe for my kids and pets?
Yes. No harsh fumes, and no bleach unless you specifically ask for it. Tell us about allergies or surfaces that need special care and we adjust the kit for your home.
04. Do I have to sign a contract?
No. The price is flat and agreed before the first visit, and you can skip or cancel a visit without a penalty.
05. What if something is not right?
Tell us within 24 hours and we come back and re-clean it at no charge.
