Questions we get

01. How fast is a standard turn?

A one or two bedroom is a single-day clean. From your go-ahead to a finished unit is 48 hours under normal scheduling.

02. Do you handle carpet and paint?

No. Those are separate trades and we will tell you so rather than surface-clean around them. We coordinate around their schedule.

03. What about heavy-damage units?

Quoted separately. A unit that needs hoarding cleanout or post-construction work is not a one-day job and pricing it like one helps nobody.

04. Can you hold a standing slot?

Yes, from four units a month. That is what most managers move to once the first few turns land on time.
